This is even more so in light of the facts that present educational capacity is inadequate in terms of numbers and fails to meet international standards of quality.

Other Activities

The overall programme is that students are sent to hotel and function in catering services. The community outreach programme of visiting the rural areas around Madurai was visited to explain the importance of Nutrition and diet to the poor villages and the illiterates. Our services were rendered in villages like paravai, Othakadai, Chittampatti and Kottampatti. Psychological counseling offered to the students by the psychological classes conducted to enhance the relation with the clients, when our students are working in big hotels and concerns. Overall, the Institute not only teaches catering, but moulds a person in a right way to bring out the best in every individual. We also make career opportunities in Hotels, Complementary Accommodation, Holiday Clubs, Sports Clubs, Time Sharing etc. Public Restaurants, Mass Catering and Outside Catering (Airline, maritime, operational site catering etc.)
